Severo Plata is a crystalline and bright tequila with excellent adhesion. To the nose it shows aromas of seeds and grains like oats and rice, framed by a citrus and floral background that leads to grapefruit and liquorice. The palate offers a creamy texture enhanced by good acidity leading into a long and deep mineral aftertaste.

Aging: Stainless Steel Tank for 6 months.
